Ordering/Refund Policy
At Superior, customer satisfaction
is priority #1. For any tools that fail or break simply
return for a free replacement. For life! If for any reason
you have purchased a product that is not to your satisfaction,
simply return the unopened product within 3 days of purchase
for a refund, less shipping and handling. Open packages
are not returnable.
Training Courses
All of our training courses are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
If for any reason you do not find our courses to your
complete satisfaction, simply cease attendance prior to
the 2nd day of instruction for a full refund. If you attend
the 2nd day and/or later, payment will be billed for hours
attended.
Retraining
If you have proof of attending another PDR school and
want proper and comprehensive instruction we will credit
you the amount you spent (up to 50%)off of our tuition
fees. Call for details!
Refund Policy
Unused PDR tools may be returned for a full refund,
less shipping and handling, and a 20% restocking fee,
in the event they were not purchased with free training.
Free training / tool purchase packages are not
eligible
for returns unless training is purchased separately
and tools are returned unused/unopened and in original
condition. Training deposits are non-refundable.
Paint Related items, packages, supplies are non refundable
as they are specially ordered and not returnable to
our vendors (PPG etc).
